Hayley is a private wealth lawyer based in the Sydney office of Clear Law.
Hayley has experience providing taxation and commercial advice to clients, including advice on restructuring entities and assets using the Small Business Capital Gains Tax (CGT) Concessions, or any of the available tax rollovers. Additionally, she has expertise with CGT issues and drafting private rulings to the ATO.
Through her current role, Hayley also works on estate planning matters, advising clients on tax-effective estate planning and intergenerational wealth transfer strategies, including implementation of wills, testamentary trusts, enduring power of attorneys and other estate planning documentation.
Prior to joining Clear Law, Hayley worked as a graduate in another specialist law firm where she was working on tax, restructuring and succession planning matters.
Hayley is originally from Sydney, however she moved to regional New South Wales to attend University. She holds a Bachelor of Business/Bachelor of Laws from the University of New England, majoring in Professional Accounting and has a Graduate Diploma of Legal Practice from the College of Law.
