From a wills and estates background, Daniel works with clients ranging from individuals and families, to more intricate estate planning situations involving complex wills and testamentary trusts, blended families, and business succession.
In addition to estate planning with a wealth protection focus, Daniel also advises on family provision claims, inheritance disputes, and estate administration matters such as probate. Daniel has a Bachelor Arts (International Relations and Politics) / Bachelor Asia-Pacific Studies (Chinese) with First Class Honours and a Graduate Diploma in Asia-Pacific Studies from the Australian National University. After spending time in China developing his Mandarin language skills he completed his Juris Doctor at Australian National University ahead of admission to legal practice.
