    Managing Director

    Vik is a leading private wealth lawyer specialising in estate planning, SMSFs, asset protection, commercial and tax law.

    With a focus on providing practical advice and thinking outside of the box, Vik’s blend of expertise and solutions driven focus makes him the go to lawyer for matriarchs, patriarchs, SMEs, business owners and family offices on their estate planning, SMSF, asset protection, commercial and tax law needs.

    The adviser’s adviser, Vik also provides specialist legal advice to accountants, financial planners and financial services firms on the delivery of private wealth legal services to their clients.

    When we say Vik is an estate planning expert, we mean it. Vik is the pre-eminent expert in Australia on testamentary trusts having authored the three main textbooks in Australia on testamentary trusts and winning the inaugural Lawyers Weekly Partner of the Year Award for Wills and Estates.

    Vik has a Bachelor of Commerce (UOW), a Juris Doctor (ANU) and a Masters in Tax (USyd).
