We wrote three of the only text books on testamentary trusts and advanced estate planning in Australia and one of the most widely used testamentary trust precedents in Australia, because the solution didn’t exist for our clients.

We’re a boutique firm so the person you meet will be the person that handles your matter from start to finish.

Where possible we scope out your needs and provide a fixed fee quote in order to give you fee certainty.

If we can’t accurately scope out the work, we will provide a fee estimate based on our hourly rates, but we will keep you updated throughout your matter in order to ensure you don’t get bill shock.

Almost all of our work comes referred to us from accountants and financial advisers and so whatever your matter, we’ll work collaboratively with your team of advisers to ensure you receive holistic advice.

If you’re one of our clients and we prepared your documents, we offer complementary safe custody storage of documents such as wills and powers of attorney.

If we hold documents in safe custody for you and you want to retrieve your documents, you will need to contact us to request the release of those documents.

We will request written instructions and a copy of your ID.
